This is a stunning specimen of selenite from Australia. It has caramel colored blades clustered together in a round-ish shape, with miniature sprays all over it. Selenite is a form of Gypsum, a hydrous calcium sulphate mineral with a hardness of 2. It forms as an evaporate in clay beds and around hot springs. There will be some shedding of this in the process of shipping and the handling of it, just so you know.
