These raw aquamarine specimens are chunks from giant crystals basically, all natural, with striations, some facet faces. They probably grew in matrix and didn't form as perfect, six-sided hexagons, or individual prismatic crystals. So they are a great way to get a big hunk of aquamarine for a great price, and they are beautiful! The green color is so soft and sweet and has a hint of grey. Aquamarine is the greenish-blue to blue variety of Beryl. They are prettier in person. I love the way this one feels in the hand, too. Have fun exploring it.
