These translucent matte nodules of chalcedony have ruffles and ridges. They are called Chalcedony Roses or Agate Roses because they look like they have swirling petals. Theses glow green under long wave. They are a fun addition to any collection.
The flower-like growths that formed when a hot silica gel of chalcedony composition, having a viscosity perhaps similar to that of toothpaste, was injected under pressure into the open cavity.
They are a fun addition to any collection and highly collectable.
